Our practice is a Non-Participating Provider with traditional Medicare. This means: * For Covered Medical Services (Evaluations & Treatments): You will pay a standard adjusted Medicare rate upfront at the time of service. We will submit a “non-assigned” claim to Medicare on your behalf so that Medicare reimburses you directly for your covered expenses. * For Wellness & Performance Services: These services are strictly cash-pay and are not covered by Medicare. Medicare will not be billed for wellness or performance care.

Please ensure you upload your Medicare card during the intake process so we can accurately file your medical claims.
